 This transition is a strategic move to align our companies across the globe under the ARKANCE brand. While our appearance and company name are evolving, we remain the same dedicated team committed to serving you with excellence.

 All contracts, agreements, and obligations entered into under the previous name Capricot Technologies Private Limited will continue to be honored under existing terms and conditions. Apart from the change in name, there will be no alterations to our Company Registration Number (CIN), GST Number, PAN and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Our company address and bank account details remain unchanged.

 You can expect to see our public image change over the next few days through the following formats:

• Our Social media platforms have transitioned to the ARKANCE IN brand

• Our company email addresses will change to @arkance.world

• Our new website https://arkance.world/in-en/ is LIVE

There will be no impact on customers. We will continue to operate in the same way as prior to acquisition. 

Q2. How will my support/SLA agreement/escalation process change?

There will be no change to existing support or SLA agreements or escalation processes.

Q3. Will pricing and the products offered change?

There will be no change to pricing and products currently under agreement.

Q4. Will service quality/policies change?

There will be no changes to any service quality or policies in place.

Q5. What organization should we make payments to?

Apart from the change in name, there will be no alterations to our Company Registration Number (CIN), GST Number, PAN and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Our company address and bank account details remain unchanged.

Q6. Will there be any impact on my ‘work in progress’ project? Will the timeframes change?

There will be no impact to existing customer projects or delivery timeframes.

Q7. Q: Will any office locations or headquarters change?

Saint Denis will be the global head office. Regional office hierarchy will remain the same.

Q8. How will our data now be processed? Does the wider group have access to our confidential data?

We are committed to upholding privacy regulations and data protection rules in every region we operate in and will continue to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards. We retain ownership of any personal data processed for customers. The wider group will not have access to such data.
