Training FAQ

How big are your class sizes?

Cadline offer training courses with a maximum class size of 6 delegates. We recommend 6 people per course because we have learnt this is the optimum number to maximise learning and ensure enough individual time with the trainer.

Are the courses aimed at Companies only?

Our public scheduled courses are open to everyone and are often attended by individuals and those being sent on behalf of companies.

What times do the courses run?

Our scheduled courses run from 10am to 5pm each day. For private training we can often be flexible with the start and finish times to fit in with your staff working hours.

How do I book a course?

Once you have decided which course you would like to attend, you can book online or call our training team on 0330 551 9420. If you require an account set up for your company, please ask one of our training advisors for further information. Once a course booking has been confirmed our resource team will email over course joining instructions.

Do I need to bring anything with me for classroom training?

No – Our training rooms are set up classroom style providing each person with a training machine that has the relevant course software already installed. Our costs include training material, lunch and refreshments throughout the course.

What do I need for virtual classroom training?

You just need an internet connection and a web browser to connect to our online classrooms. Our remote learning environment is all set up and ready to go.

Please check with your IT department if you can run GoToMeeting or Microsoft Teams without any company firewall restrictions in place.

Can the virtual training courses be recorded?

Virtual training courses cannot be recorded due to confidentiality reasons.

What happens after the course has finished?

Each person who attends a course will receive 3 months post training support. This literally means that when you go back to use the software in your own environment, if you need any assistance on one of your own drawings, or have forgotten something covered on the course, you can log a call with our customer service team on 0330 551 9421 and one of our trainers will call you back and help you out over the phone.

Where are the courses held?

All training courses can be delivered using our virtual classrooms. Alternatively, for classroom based training, we have training centres across the UK in Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds. We can also deliver training on site in your offices and can even supply the PC equipment required to run the course.

Is Parking available?

Parking is available at some of our training centres, for local information regarding parking and travel options to each site, please speak to a member of our training team or look at the location section of our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please view our Booking Terms and Conditions to read our cancellation policy.

Do I get a certificate after the course?

As an Autodesk Authorised training centre you will receive an Autodesk certificate on completion of training that is industry recognised. You will be required to leave feedback within 3 months of completing the course to receive your Autodesk certificate.

If you are interested in a formal qualification, we are an Autodesk Certification Centre and also offer Autodesk Exams.
